StyleVac Return/Refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from StyleVac, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.  Please make sure that the unit is relatively unused, (clean,) and that we will be able to resell it after inspection, and all original packaging/contents are intact, and in original condition.  Please ship the unit back to us. Please use all original packaging, for safety.  When we have received the unit back, and all of the above criteria have been met, we will issue a credit to your account, and arrange to have a credit posted to either your credit card account, or, a refund check will be issued directly to you.  If the shipment is refused, the credit issued will be minus the freight charges incurred.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for this credit to appear, or for the check to be received by you.
Repair Policy
In the event your unit needs to be returned to us for repair, we recommend you contact us, and be prepared to ship just the base assembly of the unit, to save on freight charges.  When we have determined the cause of the failure, we will let you know what needs to be done to effect repair.  We will then need you to go to the website, and order the parts we indicate, usually including 2 packs of bags.  That will enable us to process the order, and get your unit back to you quickly.
